BeliVert and Ingelec Partner with Batimont Solar

BeliVert and Ingelec partner with Batimont Solar and Battery 4 Industry to strengthen integrated energy solutions across Belgium.

BeliVert and Ingelec, with the support of Impact Expansion, are joining forces with Batimont Solar and Battery 4 Industry, strengthening its ability to deliver comprehensive energy solutions that meet the evolving needs of corporate and industrial clients.

BeliVert and Ingelec (‘the Group’), active in (i) energy solutions – solar panels (PV), battery systems (BESS), Energy Management Systems (EMS) and EV chargers – for both residential and business clients and (ii) industrial electricity, are proud that Batimont Solar, an established B2B solar installer and Battery 4 Industry, a fast-growing specialist in industrial battery energy storage systems (BESS), are joining the Group. This partnership marks a significant step in strengthening the Group’s position as a one-stop shop for integrated energy solutions and to accelerate its expansion in the B2B segment across Belgium and beyond.

BeliVert, Ingelec, Batimont Solar and Battery 4 Industry bring together over 55 years of combined expertise to better support clients in their energy transition. Clients – whether residential, SMEs or industrial – will benefit from dedicated teams with expertise tailored to their specific needs across solar, battery, EV charging and industrial electricity.

Batimont Solar and Battery 4 Industry’ founders are reinvesting and joining the executive committee of the unified group, as they share the group’s vision to strive to be the trusted partner for every client’s energy transition and electrification needs with a commitment to service excellence and deep technical expertise.

“Welcoming Batimont Solar and Battery 4 Industry to the Group is a milestone for our organisation. Together, we are uniquely positioned to address the increasingly complex needs of industrial clients, as well as residential clients with dedicated teams.” said Thomas Watteyne and Frédéric Dargent, co-CEOs at BeliVert.

“As the energy transition grows more complex, with multiple factors to consider, customers increasingly rely on top-notch service, strong technical expertise, product innovation and guidance to navigate these changes successfully.” said Karen De Vits, Investment Manager at Impact Expansion. “In today’s context where energy security is critical, we are planning more acquisitions with entrepreneurs who share our human and collaborative values, creating lasting impact and driving progress.” she added.

The group now offers a full spectrum of solutions including (i) design, installation, operations & maintenance of PV solar projects, (ii) installation, operations & maintenance of battery storage systems incl. smart control (allowing for optimisation of self-consumption, peak shaving, energy trading, etc.), (iii) EV & truck charging solutions, (iv) industrial electricity incl. design and installation of low to high-voltage substations, switchboards, grid disconnection panels, safety & fire alarms, access control, etc.

“We are delighted to join forces with partners who share our vision and standards. Together we will deepen our expertise and continue to deliver the quality our clients expect.” said Edelhart Olivier and Mathias Vandaele, co-CEO’s at Batimont Solar.

“This partnership allows us to stay focused on our core expertise while, as one team, delivering integrated energy solutions at scale and setting new standards for customer satisfaction.” said Karel Florizoone, CEO at Battery 4 Industry.
